My story
MY STORY
On a mission to redefine health and performance
To impact millions of lives.
What started as “routine surgery”
on November 23rd, 1997, was about to
spiral into a nightmare…
Precious Life
I Appreciate you
Can you picture 90 % suffocation?
Plugs in your nostrils that tighten and a straw in your mouth shrinking with each breath?
That was my daily battle growing up.
Breathing.
It’s called “chronic sinusitis”
My parents were desperate for a solution:
“What do you think doctor?”
“Surgery”, he told them.
“How are you feeling little boy?”
the nurse asked me.
Unsure, I splashed 1.5 Liters of blood
straight into my lunch plate.
Poor pure-white blanket.
I painted it dark red.
Mom’s face?
Yellow-ish
Mine?
Colorless.
“God saved him”
That’s all I recall.
But nothing changed.
The same old stuffy nose.
For the next 20 years.
What did I learn?
The solution isn’t where most people look.
DREAM BIG
Years later,
A single racket swing captured my soul.
Tennis.
I began to dream.
What happens when you dream?
You see your accomplishments.
When you see, you believe.
When you believe, you give it all.
But as you give it all…
You fail.
Confront the pain
I trained hard.
It wasn’t a recipe for success.
It crushed me.
And motivation?
It burned me young.
Two teeny tiny trophies,
And a dozen injuries.
That’s all I collected.
Here’s what I didn’t understand:
Believing and persevering are necessary.
But alone, they won’t get you there.
Your body has demands that can’t be ignored.
Your dream will collapse.
But when it does, you’re not a failure.
It’s a call for you to find a way.
Explore Your Limitations
When people said:
“Tennis isn’t for you.”
“Go find something else.”
“You’re not made for this.”
I heard:
“This sport is mine.”
“I’ll figure this out.”
“I’ll build myself for it.”
Giving up and tumbling downhill is easy.
Digging into your limitations to figure them out, That’s much harder.
I became obsessed with cracking the code behind peak performance.
A 7-year academic deep plunge into the human body.
A handful of earned degrees in biology, nutrition, and sports science.
High-level credentials and certifications for elite sports performance.
A couple thousands of scientific articles devoured.
Several hundred books gobbled up.
10+ years of coaching experience.
Satisfying,
But felt empty.
Challenge yourself
Picture your dream crashing.
The freezing late-night waits shivering at the train station.
The lonely early-morning bus rides to college.
The naps on the subway’s windows.
The long commutes in search of truths.
I vividly remember all that,
The tears poured when kicked a thousand times.
The reminders of upcoming failures yelled at me.
The unfair judgments in people’s eyes.
The back-stab from trusted friends when a lift was needed.
I vividly remember,
The injuries carried to prove myself.
The bitter regrets eating my sanity.
The doubts urging me to quit.
Pain consuming every inch of me.
What’s the purpose?
This is exactly where most people get it wrong.
The goal is not to dwell on the past.
It’s not to shame yourself for what you did.
It’s not to blame anyone for what happened.
Or to tumble downhill the easy path.
The purpose is to learn.
Be proud of what you did.
Take full responsibility for what happened.
Pave a path towards yourself.
And cultivate your inner self.
Because,
External pursuits shall fuel your soul.
Knowledge shall first be self-applied.
Wisdom shall then be shared.
The Awakening
Have you thought about challenging every belief you have?
What about playing devil’s advocate for every thought?
I call this process:
“Deep understanding through
awareness-driven self-experimentation”
You open-mindedly test every conceivable possibility.
To figure out the truth.
This is exactly what I did to master health and peak performance.
How?
I asked myself every conceivable question
and then dug deep to find answers:
The best diet?
I tried every single one out there.
How many meals a day?
I did eight, zero, and everything in between.
What’s the best nutrition timing protocol?
I’ve eaten every 2 hours, fasted for 48, and the whole range.
What’s the most sustainable?
I’ve tried intuitive eating, meal planning, cheat meals, and tracking macros to the gram to find what sticks.
Best practices for sleep quality?
I’ve tested blue light blockers, mouth taping, meditation, supplements, and herbal extracts you never heard of.
What are the core principles behind elite fitness?
I’ve trained with bodybuilders, gymnasts, sprinters, tennis men, yogis, and many more to figure them out.
What training modalities should you use?
Heavyweights, Tabata, super slow, blood flow restriction, french contrast, calisthenics, yoga, isometrics, heavy eccentrics…
I did them all.
Best tools for recovery?
I experimented with red light therapy, massage guns, hot-cold contrast, foam rolling, ice baths, breathing, and more.
How to boost brain power?
I’ve done nootropics, fringe supplements, brain-training apps, meditation, and everything from fasting to feasting to find what truly sharpens focus.
The best strategies to slow down aging?
I’ve tested fasting, cutting-edge supplements, peptides, skin-care routines, adaptogens, and more.
The list goes on and on.
SET YOURSELF FOR MASTERY
Five years down that path led me to:
Uncover clear roadmaps for long-term health and daily peak performance.
I suppressed my chronic tiredness and all sickness signs.
That “chronic sinusitis” finally disappeared forever.
I healed my body beyond what I thought possible.
Forgot what an injury feels like.
I understood my limitations’ root cause.
Tapped into a wellspring of life energy.
Unlocked superhuman brain power.
I transform myself.
But that’s not the most important part.
You know,
Living 25 years unable to breathe wasn’t glamorous.
But it pushed me to find solutions.
Splashing 1.5 Liters of blood wasn’t fun.
But it taught me to appreciate life.
Watching my mom faint on my hospital bed wasn’t without pain
But it taught me compassion.
Carrying tendinitis, a torn shoulder, knee pain,
lower back pain, and wrist injuries…
It wasn’t joyful,
But it got me to cherish my body.
It was no one’s fault.
Not my parents, not the doctor, not mine.
It wasn’t ignorance.
We were all ignorant.
Ignorant of this simple truth:
Wrong inputs = Compensations, limitations, injuries, and sickness.
Right inputs = Abundance, health, and peak performance.
If you want to thrive in your life,
You simply need to change the inputs!
MASTERY
“What’s mastery?” you might ask.
Simple answer:
An infinite learning process.
I still haven’t achieved my childhood dream.
I might not achieve it.
And it doesn’t matter.
The lessons I extracted from within by failing
are far more valuable than achieving the dream itself.
The lessons waiting ahead are
greater than any accomplishment.
Today, I live as a humble student of life
with the intention of self-mastery.
As I do,
My greatest motivation remains a question
that still drives me:
What strategies would unlock anyone’s full potential?
My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower every person committed, like myself, to express his full potential and live a meaningful life driven by purpose.
Whether you are:
A professional athlete
An entrepreneur
Or someone looking to live a healthy life
filled with love and happiness.
I’ll empower you to find your path to mastery.
Every day, I spring out of bed eager to:
Walk the talk.
Teach what I preach.
And embody the principles I impart.
I constantly challenge myself to refine my knowledge
and raise myself one step closer to mastery.
Beyond that, I envision a world where people connect, share, and positively empower each other to advance human health, longevity, consciousness, and performance to the never-ending next level.
Are you willing to push your limits
and live your best life?
