Most people believe being healthy means not having any diseases or symptoms. Well, it is not that simplistic. 

You could be unhealthy without manifesting symptoms. 

Also, you could look good on the outside and be sick on the inside. 

HEALTH IS NOT BEING MUSCULAR

It’s a misconception that muscle appearance determines health. 

Again, you could be muscular and have your dream physique while carrying all kinds of deficiencies and hormonal imbalances. 

Do not judge a book by its cover! 

HEALTH IS NOT EXPENSIVE
