How did it all begin?
My first supplement, back in 2017,
was an anti-fatigue effervescent tablet containing mainly caffeine, B vitamins, and vitamin C.
I was so burned out that
I wanted to fix my chronic fatigue.
Deep down, I knew that a pill wouldn’t solve my problems.
But the positive effects I felt got my attention.
So, I wanted to figure out
which ingredients made that happen?
This is where everything started.
My second supplement was a 5000 IU vitamin D pill.
That was my bet to solve my chronic sickness.
And it worked!
Here, I realized there is more to dig out.
Given my obsession,
I started to buy and test everything I found.
The goal was to figure out what molecules
were worth supplementing with.
an art I’m determined to master!
I tried all the vitamins.
All the minerals.
I did the same for pre-workouts.
Then, I came across adaptogens, mushrooms, testosterone boosters, medicinal extracts, and nootropics.
I kept buying, testing, isolating the powerful molecules behind the positive effects,
and cutting out the negative ones.
